how to use

traditional:
sift 1 scoop (1 teaspoon) of matcha into a bowl. add 2–3 oz (60–90 ml) of hot water (160–175°F / 70–80°C). whisk briskly in a zigzag motion until frothy. enjoy immediately.

modern:
blend with your favorite milk for a smooth matcha latte. add your preferred sweetener if desired.
